🔍 Addiction recovery and behavioral health services
- Minimum 3-5 years of selling/customer service experience, preferably in healthcare settings such as primary care, clinics, physician groups, and hospitals.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or relevant experience.
- Direct experience working with providers, medical office staff, or healthcare administration is a plus.
- Prior experience in the substance use disorder treatment field is preferred.
- Excellent computer skills and comfort with technology.
- Strong customer focus with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with a drive to take ownership and meet professional obligations.
- Ability to juggle and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Results-oriented, resourceful problem-solver comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced, and demanding environment.
- Develop and grow existing and new partner relationships by increasing appropriate referrals to the PursueCare platform.
- Provide ongoing support to active partners and conduct regular check-in meetings to ensure partner satisfaction.
- Drive utilization from active partners and train their clinical and administrative staff on referring patients through the PursueCare portal and app.
- Develop strong business relationships with prospective partners in the assigned market by initiating and growing relationships with primary referral targets.
- Locate and secure business from new referral sources and assist with program implementation and training for quick program launches.
- Share and present utilization and quality data regularly to partners.
- Seek opportunities to improve services and grow relationships.
- Collaborate with leadership, operations, and marketing teams to create collateral and content supporting new initiatives and campaigns.
