🔍 Media and Advertising

  • 1+ years of relevant media planning or account management experience.
  • General understanding of digital media, social media, and the overall digital landscape.
  • Knowledge of digital pricing models (CPM, CPC, CPV, etc.) and when to leverage each.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel.
  • Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate comfortably in a professional setting including in group meetings, video calls, and emails.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Develop full-scale media plans that meet the predefined KPIs.
  • Manage the budgeting, costs, and margins of each media plan/RFP and campaign.
  • Express understanding of client objectives through sound strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with team members across the Brand Partnerships organization as media plans are developed & revised.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the client’s business and the consumer journey.
  • Manage & execute select partnerships including running internal & external kickoff calls.
  • Monitor delivery & performance to ensure consistent pacing & success.
