🔍 Cleanroom contamination monitoring

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5-7+ years of relevant professional experience in export control regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in conducting extensive due diligence reviews on foreign End-Users.
  • Detailed knowledge of U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and OFAC regulations.
  • Ability to interpret legal language of government regulations and their business implications.
  • Experience communicating with external agencies such as the Department of Commerce.
  • Audit experience and providing internal training in trade compliance matters.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Support the global trade compliance program within the company and assist in developing local strategy.
  • Establish relationships with internal stakeholders to drive compliant business processes.
  • Engage in the new product development process and navigate trade compliance issues.
  • Ensure all international transactions comply with internal policies and government regulations.
  • Resolve customs clearance issues and implement best practices to prevent future compliance problems.
  • Perform due diligence assessments with a focus on transactions in China.
  • Stay updated on international trade laws and communicate potential business impacts.
  • Support the Trade Compliance Manager with projects and training others in compliance topics.
  • Facilitate external audits and implement corrective actions.
