  • Bachelor’s degree in Library Information Science or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles like Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Previous experience with library software solutions such as Ex Libris products (Alma, PrimoVE, Leganto).
  • Background in academic libraries, government, or higher education.
  • Fluent in both Italian and English.
  • Master's degree and experience with Customer Success software platforms like Salesforce.com and Gainsight are preferred.

  • Become a trusted advocate/advisor to customers by offering recommendations and necessary support.
  • Ensure customers are deriving value from products and services and work with colleagues for issue resolution.
  • Oversee customer training and implement adoption strategies for maximum usage and satisfaction.
