🔍 Life Sciences and Healthcare

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 8+ years of industry experience with 2+ years in engineering management.
  • Experience in delivering ML/AI products.
  • Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related field (preferred).
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ownership of critical problems end-to-end.
  • Understanding of life sciences processes and product needs.

  • Mentor junior engineers and data scientists.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Library Information Science or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a customer facing role such as Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Previous experience with library software solutions like Ex Libris (Alma, PrimoVE, Leganto).
  • Background in academic libraries, government, or higher education preferred.
  • Fluency in both Italian and English is required.
  • Master's degree and experience with Customer Success software platforms (Salesforce.com, Gainsight) are desirable.
