🔍 Life Sciences and Healthcare

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent applicable experience).
  • 8+ years industry experience and 2+ years in engineering management.
  • Experience in delivering working ML / AI products.
  • Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related field is preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement systems for strategic goals.
  • Experience in taking ownership of critical problems end-to-end.
  • Willingness to understand life sciences processes and product needs.

  • Formulate, communicate, and lead iteration of implementation approaches to achieve AI project goals.
  • Hire, lead and manage a diverse, high-performing engineering team.
  • Understand workflows, constraints, and business value with individual product owners and biologists.
  • Spend extensive time analyzing data.
  • Contribute code and documentation.
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers and data scientists.
