- Several years of experience in broker support/key account management for an insurer in Germany, ideally in life insurance.
- Access to a large network of distribution partners, preferably major connections in life insurance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with an open personality who enjoys maintaining relationships.
- As Key Account Manager, your primary task is to expand the network of exemplary partners.
- You will recruit new partners in the region and, where applicable, take over pre-qualified leads.
- Engage in personal contact to stimulate interest in partnerships and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Manage and maintain existing partnerships, building sustainable business relationships.
- Strategically and conceptually develop the partnerships and their business fields.
- Plan, execute, and monitor market activities for future partners.
- Lead partner-specific projects, advocating for partner needs in internal working groups.
