🔍 Life Sciences and Healthcare

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent applicable experience).
  • 8+ years of industry experience with 2+ years in engineering management.
  • Experience in delivering working ML/AI products is preferred.
  • Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related field is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and product owners.
  • Experience taking ownership of critical problems from debugging to project outcomes.

  • Spend extensive time analyzing data and contribute code/documentation.
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers and data scientists.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Library Information Science or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role like Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Previous experience with library software solutions from Ex Libris such as Alma, PrimoVE, or Leganto.
  • Fluency in both Italian and English is required.
  • Master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience using Customer Success software platforms like Salesforce.com or Gainsight is a plus.
