🔍 Child Welfare
- Master’s degree in data science, statistics, social work, psychology, or closely related field preferred; bachelor’s degree with extensive child welfare data experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in public child welfare.
- Experience with administrative data systems and data architecture in child welfare.
- Skills in data analysis, identifying data patterns, and quality assessment.
- Knowledge of disproportionality and disparity identification.
- Familiarity with various databases/platforms such as Airtable, SQL.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Provide technical assistance to states, tribes, and territories (STTs) on using data to develop, implement, and assess Diligent Recruitment plans.

- Ensure quality assurance regarding related data.
- Maintain communication and collaborate with various stakeholders including the Evaluation Team on data issues.
