Requirements:

• Master’s degree in data science, statistics, social work, psychology, or closely related field preferred; bachelor’s degree with extensive child welfare data experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in public child welfare.
• Experience with administrative data systems and data architecture in child welfare.
• Skills in data analysis, identifying data patterns, and quality assessment.
• Knowledge of disproportionality and disparity identification.
• Familiarity with various databases/platforms such as Airtable, SQL.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance to states, tribes, and territories (STTs) on using data to develop, implement, and assess Diligent Recruitment plans.
• Analyze and summarize data for audits and reports.
• Develop insights and reports for effective communication.
• Ensure quality assurance regarding related data.
• Maintain communication and collaborate with various stakeholders including the Evaluation Team on data issues.
