Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of experience as a localization sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence at all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Experience in developing client-focused and differentiated solutions.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Customer-centric selling experience preferred.
  • Experience in creating and selling solutions such as digital marketing and technical connector solutions.
  • Advanced knowledge of localization processes and translation/workflow tools.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
  • Partner with prospects and customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
  • Report and act on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
  • Own and hit/exceed annual assigned sales targets for new business growth.
  • Build and maintain pipeline to 3 x annual target and keep CRM and associated tools up to date.
