Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot preferred).
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience in financial services or investment advisory (nice-to-have).
• Familiarity with project management tools (nice-to-have).
• Background in management consulting (nice-to-have).
• Understanding of business and the manufacturing sector (nice-to-have).
• Ability to read and interpret financial statements (nice-to-have).

Responsibilities:

• Manage corporate expenses and invoicing.
• Maintain and update the company’s CRM and database systems (HubSpot).
• Organize and manage digital files and records in OneNote.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
• Manage and maintain executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to the team.
• Coordinate and follow up on action items from meetings.
• Lead progressively larger components of projects over time.
• Conduct market and client research.
• Prepare reports and presentations on market trends and investment prospects.
• Build financial models for client and prospect engagements.
• Support with the writing and development of government incentive applications.
• Manage and update the government incentives database, including program requirements and timelines.
