Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in business development (Art and or Co-Dev).
- Business development experience within the games industry is essential for this role.
- An existing network of publisher and developer contacts within the games industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding targets through building strong client relationships.
- Significant experience with successful deal-making in the games industry to meet revenue targets.
- Deep knowledge of game production pipelines for the art and development verticals.
- Previous experience of selling Art Outsourcing and/or Co-development deals.
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to forecast opportunities, must be self-motivated.
- An organized individual with a passion for gaming and experience of CRM tools.
- The ability to influence and drive results in a complex business environment.
Responsibilities:
- Execute business negotiations and contract process; collaborate with functional teams across different countries to achieve success.
- Identify and execute IP, game development and Art outsourcing opportunities that are aligned with company goals.
- Generating new business within the games services market, exclusively for Art and Co-Dev deals.
- Presenting PTW/1518 services in line with briefs and attending client meetings, presentations, trade shows, etc.
- Demonstrating expert experience in game development and art production outsourcing business development.
- Familiar with game development companies and has good relationships within the industry across Europe and the UK.
- Creating effective solutions which match back to client requirements.
- Organically generating leads through existing networks or industry knowledge and research.
- Executing content-led campaigns as part of the wider sales strategy.
- Working with Delivery and several support teams to maximize time spent engaging with clients.
- Closing inbound leads.
