Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years work experience in end to end processing and administration of loan with Australian Mortgage Broking.
- Experience in using MyCRM, Infinity, AFG Flex, Mercury Nexus, Podium, or other AU mortgage CRM.
- Experience in using Project Management Tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Notion, Trello.
- Nice to have: Experience in HubSpot and Certificate IV Financing & Mortgage Brokering.
Responsibilities:
- Handle, analyse and prepare client loan applications.
- Distribute documents such as 'Hello' Pack, Credit Guide, File Invite, and Online Fact Find.
- Review client documents and manage data entry and credit report requests.
- Initiate new loan applications after lead generation.
- Share the Game Plan with customers for review and e-signature.
- Upload supporting documents and submit via Apply Online.
- Facilitate application validation and final checks.
