Responsibilities:

• Act as the subject matter authority on G&A recruiting across various functions.
• Identify passionate candidates and run key recruitment roles to stay engaged in the work.
• Empower the team to develop new sources of talent beyond traditional methods.
• Drive the team to manage multiple open roles efficiently.
• Oversee the development of job postings, hiring plans, and rubrics.
• Lead initiatives that promote diversity and inclusivity in the hiring process.
• Analyze candidate processes and present solutions to improve hiring.
• Cultivate relationships with candidates and community groups.
