  • 2+ years of experience mentoring a team of digital account managers.

  • Communicate regularly with clients via phone, email, and Zoom meetings.
  • Expand client relationships through service growth and referral generation.
  • Analyze data from various platforms and create performance reports.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and integrate effective marketing strategies.
  • Support other account management leaders with resources and reports.
  • Mentor Account Coordinators.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and the RYNO team.
