Requirements:

• 6+ years of commercial software development experience with a proven track record in delivering high-quality solutions.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET technologies.
• Experience with data access frameworks such as ADO.NET or Entity Framework.
• Strong SQL and database design skills, including large database experience.
• Solid understanding of architectural patterns such as SOA.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and web services.
• Expertise in using source control systems like Git.
• Experience in developing automation tests (unit and integration) using TDD methodologies.
• Agile/SCRUM experience focusing on CI/CD practices.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in making build vs. buy decisions.
• Experience conducting code reviews and providing mentorship.
• Ability to quickly resolve production issues.
• Experience with Generative AI technologies.
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and adapting to new technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2 or higher).
