Requirements:

• Native Turkish, and excellent German and English.
• Mandatory 1+ year experience as a Success Manager.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM system.
• Background in photography-related areas.
• Analytical and research skills.
• Mature and responsible attitude.
• Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).

Responsibilities:

• Build strong and productive relationships with photographers.
• Manage the portfolio of around 300 photographers.
• Serve as the voice of the client for the photographers.
• Maintain regular proactive communication with the photographers, mainly via calls and emails.
• Conduct weekly/biweekly/monthly touch base depending on photographers' value.
• Establish a trustworthy relationship and a strong sense of community with photographers.
• Establish communication routines: gathering feedback on service and tools, updates on assignments.
