Requirements:

• Master’s Degree or PhD in any relevant science such as health economics, econometrics, economics, pharmacy, epidemiology, statistics or medical sciences.
• Highly experienced in HEOR and trial data analysis with familiarity in health economic modelling and submissions.
• Experience with Bayesian network meta-analysis, population-adjusted indirect treatment comparisons, survival analysis, utility analysis, bespoke statistical modelling, and analysis of surrogate endpoints.
• Excellent communication skills and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and statistical software like R and STAN.

Responsibilities:

• Guiding and mentoring junior and mid-level consultants on evidence synthesis and (trial) data analysis projects.
• Reviewing project reports and other deliverables.
• Adhering to project budgets and timelines.
• Leading client interactions to ensure client satisfaction.
• Managing and mentoring junior staff.
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining internal processes and quality standards.
• Disseminating and integrating new methods into the business.
• Contributing to thought leadership and publications.
