Requirements:
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles (e.g. GST and transaction coding).
  • Strong organisational skills to manage project setup, client onboarding, and admin duties.
  • Comfort with using Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
  • A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Eagerness to learn new software tools and technologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication to liaise with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with implementing Projectworks, WorkGuru, Unleashed, and Xero solutions for clients.
  • Manage project setup, onboarding clients, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Assist with coding transactions in Xero, preparing GST returns, and managing financial records.
  • Use Excel to manipulate and analyse data relevant to software implementation and project management.
  • Help troubleshoot issues during the implementation phase and provide ongoing client support.
  • Work closely with the software specialist and team to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Take on additional administrative tasks as required to support the team.
