- Assist with implementing Projectworks, WorkGuru, Unleashed, and Xero solutions for clients.
- Manage project setup, onboarding clients, and maintaining project documentation.
- Assist with coding transactions in Xero, preparing GST returns, and managing financial records.
- Use Excel to manipulate and analyse data relevant to software implementation and project management.
- Help troubleshoot issues during the implementation phase and provide ongoing client support.
- Work closely with the software specialist and team to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Take on additional administrative tasks as required to support the team.
