  • Resolve Discrepancies: Use independent judgment to address and resolve any discrepancies between the transcript and the audio recording.
  • Check Proper Nouns: Verify the accuracy of proper nouns by cross-referencing court reporter notes and using available online resources.
  • Understand Legal and Governmental Terminology: Ensure that all legal and governmental terminology is correctly transcribed.
  • Maintain Accuracy Under Tight Deadlines: Deliver proofread transcripts within the required turnaround time of one business day.
  • Independent Problem Solving: Identify and resolve inconsistencies or unclear portions of the transcript.
