Requirements:

• Ideal candidates will have at least 2 - 4 years of digital campaign planning and execution experience in a publisher or agency environment.
• Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit and possess a growth mindset.
• Manage at least 20 different clients and campaigns simultaneously.
• Experience with complicated accounts requiring high revenue and visibility.
• Excellent attention to detail, prioritization, and organization skills.
• Competent public speaking skills across client interactions and internal stakeholders.
• Strong relationship-building skills and effective communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• The Senior Associate, Client Success will be the main point of contact and will have complete ownership of new and existing accounts during the post-sale process.
• Deliver best-in-class, turnkey client experiences from kickoff to wrap.
• Develop and execute a wide range of campaigns across the Axios product suite in collaboration with multiple cross-functional teams.
• Support media planning, proposals, and renewal activities with Client Partnerships colleagues.
