Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant or Part Qualified Accountant seeking to complete certification (ACCA / CIMA / ACA).
• High level of attention to detail and technical knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to manage a variety of tasks and prioritize them effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the month-end closing process and prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Ensure timely invoicing, collection of payments, and accurate recording of vendor invoices.
• Manage and reconcile invoices and receipts, ensuring accurate data entry.
• Support revenue recognition reporting in accordance with standards.
• Assist in preparing management reports for the Board and senior management.
• Support payroll processing and manage the collection of timesheets.
• Coordinate with external auditors for year-end audits and manage grant funding applications.
• Oversee weekly payments to vendors, contractors, and employees.
• Manage ESG analysis and reporting to meet company's objectives.
