  • Ability to thrive in an early-stage company and think rapidly in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail alongside the ability to work efficiently.
  • Proven ability to take initiative and work autonomously from concept to execution.
  • Capability to navigate ambiguity and ask pertinent questions for solutions.
  • Skills in budgeting, forecasting, and program measurement and analysis.
  • Experience in vendor management, costing, and negotiation.
  • Strong planning, organization, project management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and team collaboration tools like Slack and Zoom.
  • In-store display program experience from ideation to execution.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the strategic planning and development of POS materials (displays, signage, demos) in line with OLIPOP's branding.
  • Ensure POS strategies enhance shopper engagement and meet sales goals.
  • Manage POS inventory efficiently to avoid shortages or overproduction.
  • Source and collaborate with external vendors for timely production of POS materials.
  • Collaborate with various teams on in-store display programming and channel prioritization.
  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy for food service and on-premise accounts.
  • Build relationships with retailers, promoting joint business plans and shopper engagement.
  • Drive innovation in channel programming and identify opportunities within the food service sector.
  • Leverage consumer insights and market data to inform marketing strategies.
