Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in web application development.
• Expert-level knowledge of React, TypeScript, Node, and responsive CSS.
• Proficiency with modern web frameworks (e.g. Next.js) and a component-based architecture within a design system.
• Experience with JSON API integration and backend technologies (Node, Python, or Go).
• Expertise in creating complex frontend applications with multiple data sources and implementing robust error handling.
• Commitment to writing clean, well-designed, and thoroughly tested code.
• Ability to lead technical team projects including technical design, scoping, and estimation.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Self-directed with a passion for continuous learning and customer advocacy.
• Ability to take ownership of challenges with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of our cutting-edge React-based web applications.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product, and design to breakdown complexity and iterate.
• Integrate with backend JSON APIs, ensuring data flows smoothly.
• Build up automated tests to ensure high quality, continuous delivery.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code standards of quality and performance.
• Contribute to our architecture and component design system for long-term success.
• Participate in the support hero/on-call rotation, triaging and resolving reported issues.
• Mentor team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
• Contribute to product strategy and feature planning.
• Enable a culture of experimentation and iterative improvement.
