Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Software Engineer or SDET with a Computer Science degree and/or relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Proficiency in coding across various languages, especially JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Essential proficiency in designing test frameworks/suites and developing test automation for both frontend and backend.
• Familiarity with the Playwright framework preferred.
• Experience designing and developing tools and tests for complex customer use cases.
• Experience working cross-functionally with other teams like Support and Customer escalations.
• Understanding or experience with data-intensive applications and processing data streams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on high-quality software and uncovering bugs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Integrate with, improve, and build upon continuous testing systems, testing automation, and reporting of quality metrics.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure test planning and execution is incorporated early in release cycles.
• Identify performance bottlenecks, spot anomalous system behavior, and determine root causes of issues.
• Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
