Responsibilities:

• Lead, hire and develop a team of sales, business development and marketing representatives.
• Develop and execute a tailored go-to-market strategy for the life sciences.
• Expand within the NHS market and develop a plan for US healthcare.
• Create effective sales, marketing, and account management methodologies.
• Collaborate with product leaders to ensure alignment with market needs.
• Establish scalable and repeatable sales processes.
• Coach and support the sales team to ensure they meet targets.
• Analyze market trends and competitor profiles.
• Ensure collaboration between marketing/sales, product, and customer success.
