Physician (Part-Time, 51 State Licenses)

Requirements:

• Board certified and in possession of a valid DEA certification.
• At least 2 years post-graduate independent practice.
• Comfort with technology, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
• Telemedicine or virtual care experience strongly preferred.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
• Comfortable with compound medication.
• The physician must have an active medical license in all 50 states and DC.
• Ability to train and credential on any program to provide support during the scheduled periods.
• Flexible to provide coverage where needed.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret lab values and conduct scheduled remote consultation visits with patients.
• Request further diagnostic tests as necessary based on patient outcomes or requirements.
• Evaluate patient’s medical history, physical findings, and diagnostic/laboratory data.
• Initiate and prescribe drug therapies, diet/exercise therapies, and topical and systemic therapies, including hormone replacement therapies when clinically appropriate.
• Provide culturally reflective services that are individualized to client needs and reflect the integration of race, ethnicity, culture, primary language, immigration status, sexuality, age, and gender.
• Cultivate an environment of trust and compassion between patients and providers.
• Collaborate with other SteadyMD clinicians.
