• Successful track record leading an IT infrastructure & operations team through growth and change.
• Strong knowledge of web applications and developer tools.
• Experience with maintaining and scaling high availability web applications (SaaS) on a Linux environment.
• Knowledge of modern cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP.
• Familiarity with Big Data solutions.
• Knowledge of virtualization, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of IT security aspects of infrastructure, network, and applications.
• Effective project management skills with experience in IT project planning and execution.
• Experience in dealing with vendors and third parties.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Able to think strategically and execute tactically.
• Very good communication and cooperation skills, with an empathetic personality.
• English fluency at least B2 level.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Infrastructure & Operations Team to achieve key results and be responsible for overall success.
• Work daily with the team focusing on their talents, ensuring performance, growth, and engagement.
• Define, implement, and improve the IT technical and operational environment for high availability and performance.
• Manage daily operations of the IT infrastructure including monitoring, incident response, and troubleshooting.
• Plan and execute infrastructure projects such as upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
• Handle capacity planning, and collaborate with external vendors and service providers.
• Manage the team budget and the overall budget for the IT infrastructure.
