Experience in BD for a hypergrowth enterprise SaaS company with high ACVs (>$100k)
Excellent people leadership skills, including the ability to attract and retain top talent
Proven ability to build and manage growing BD teams. Track record of instilling a positive culture to achieve results with accelerated delivery
Excellent collaboration skills: ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and product
Responsibilities:
Setting a clear vision for a scaling Business Development organization
Designing, implementing, and refining BD processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness
Leveraging data and metrics to make informed decisions about BD strategies and team performance
Recruiting, developing, and retaining top BD talent, including building a high-performance BD culture
Developing an understanding of the BD / Sales tech stack, including advocating for best practices
Coaching the team on business development practices and OfferFit’s end-to-end business development processes
Participating in critical activities related to prospecting and lead generation
Forecasting opportunity generation with accuracy
Contributing perspective & experience to shaping OfferFit’s overall GTM strategy
