Requirements:

• Desire to develop in the field of marketing.
• Proficiency in English at B2+ level.
• Analytical mindset and experience with spreadsheets.
• Ability to propose unconventional ideas and take responsibility for solutions.
• Comfortable with multitasking.
• Experience with Facebook Ads/Google Ads is preferred.
• Understanding of marketing metrics like CPM, CTR, CPC, ROI, ROAS, CAC is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Set up advertising campaigns in Facebook Ads/Google Ads.
• Participate in meetings and processes that can enhance the results of webinars, advertising, and email marketing.
• Compile marketing reports.
• Communicate with producers, copywriters, and designers, providing feedback on the quality of advertising campaigns.
• Send email newsletters.
• Conduct A/B testing.
