Responsibilities:

• Lead strategy and planning to define service design engagements
• Conduct activities of service design — research, ideation, prototyping, and implementation — as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Understand user behaviors through research planning, data collection, and analysis
• Generate ideas for service improvements through collaborative ideation activities
• Explore and validate user interactions through prototyping
• Implement changes to service components, including organizational and technological aspects
• Maintain organized documentation throughout the service design process
