• 3+ years experience partnering with and managing external vendors or accounts.
• Experience or familiarity with restaurant or delivery industries preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and coach partners.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and autonomous environments.
• Experience in resolving conflicts and finding creative solutions.
• High empathy and emotional intelligence for stakeholder engagement.
• Experience analyzing data to make informed recommendations.
• Familiarity with analytics software such as Tableau or Sigma is a plus.
• Proactive in identifying opportunities and solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Establish relationships with high-level contacts across various account types.
• Understand unique partner businesses and create successful strategies.
• Proactively assess and validate caterers’ operational opportunities.
• Become an expert on partner-facing and internal operational metrics.
• Leverage data and analytics to identify trends and guide solutions.
• Present operational insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product development.
• Develop documentation, best practices, and playbooks in a new department.
