Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in B2B business development, preferably within the insurance industry or a consulting firm.
  • Experience in enterprise-level business development or lead generation.
  • Strong interest in fintech, entrepreneurship, insurance, business development, and marketing.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with proficiency in English; Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and other outreach tools.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated team player capable of working independently and under pressure.
  • Design and tech-based skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive market research to identify new products, emerging markets, competitors, potential partners, and distribution channels.
  • Conduct lead generation activities daily involving identifying and engaging potential customers through strategies like email campaigns, social media outreach, and appointment setting.
  • Ensure targets and goals are reached and update CRM and other tracking tools.
  • Explore partnership opportunities by engaging with potential collaborators.
  • Research fintech and insurtech startups and solutions for potential integration.
  • Contribute to business development activities, including outreach to insurance companies, banks, and agency partners.
  • Collaborate with senior management to gain insights for strategic decisions.
  • Actively participate in startup and fintech events to expand the network.
