• Bachelor’s degree and Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a paralegal, specifically in corporate law and real estate transactions.
• Experience in a high-volume transactional environment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance and compliance regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Google Workspace Suite and legal research tools.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation, review, and management of corporate documents, ensuring compliance with governance requirements.
• Monitor compliance with auction regulations and conduct audits.
• Assist with real estate auction documents and coordinate with involved parties.
• Draft legal documents and manage transaction calendars.
