Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computing or Engineering from a top-tier university
• 2 years of relevant working experience in a tech-savvy company
• 3CX intermediate knowledge or any call center experience
• Mobile Device Management knowledge
• API skills is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written command in English
• Good understanding of network systems and protocols
• Effective communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally
• Customer service attitude and high level of energy

Responsibilities:

• IT automation and scripting
• Mobile device management configuration and troubleshooting
• Identity and access management
• Timely response to employee IT support issues
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Implementing standards for Desktop, WAN, LAN
• Providing support for the company’s cloud call center (3CX)
• Installing and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
