Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Computing or Engineering from a top-tier university
- 2 years of relevant working experience in a tech-savvy company
- 3CX intermediate knowledge or any call center experience
- Mobile Device Management knowledge
- API skills is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written command in English
- Good understanding of network systems and protocols
- Effective communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally
- Customer service attitude and high level of energy
Responsibilities:
- IT automation and scripting
- Mobile device management configuration and troubleshooting
- Identity and access management
- Timely response to employee IT support issues
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Implementing standards for Desktop, WAN, LAN
- Providing support for the company’s cloud call center (3CX)
- Installing and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
