Requirements:
  • Ability to express ideas and thoughts effectively, both verbal and written.
  • Good listening skills and comprehension.
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum three years of experience in customer support or sales.
  • Experience in Pharma and working with Pharmaceutical Brand Teams is essential.
  • Project Management, HUB Operations, or Specialty Pharmacy Operations/Account Management experience desired.

Responsibilities:

  • Researches high-level solutions for clients and develops relationships through regular meetings.
  • Works with Client Services to resolve complex support issues effectively and manages service delivery for client satisfaction.
  • Participates in client quarterly reviews and annual Plan Of Action meetings.
  • Plans milestones and tracks progress while keeping stakeholders informed.
