Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional communication skills-verbal and written.
• Consistent internet connectivity with prior remote work experience.
• Flexibility for shift-based work, including evenings (20 hrs-30 hrs per week).
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Experience in providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong work ethic and integrity.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.

Responsibilities:

• Perform outbound calls to execute employment verification procedures in accordance with company and federal guidelines.
• Enter and verify client data in various systems with attention to detail to maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
• Gather driver information to complete DOT compliance regulation tasks.
• Utilize multiple systems with speed and accuracy to execute compliance services.
• Stay informed about Foley’s services and the compliance requirements pertinent to the industry.
• Protect company and client information in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Support Department of Transportation compliance activities and enhance the company's positive image.
