Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably in the spirits or beverage industry.
• Demonstrated ability in distributor relationship management and account management.
• Proven success in leading, developing, and training sales teams.
• Ability to formulate and execute strategies.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations regarding beverages.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities:

• Develops and executes sales strategy for assigned geography.
• Manages relationships with distributor counterparts.
• Conducts planning, pricing, and negotiations with distributor partners.
• Educates distributors on product history and branding.
• Establishes and develops a strong sales team.
• Aligns and communicates annual and long-term sales plans.
• Analyzes business performance and manages budget.
