Requirements:

• Must have an Associate degree in education, business, human resources, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Proficiency in Office 365 applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Willingness to learn the business of insurance subrogation and serve as a knowledgeable trainer.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive onboarding training for new Collections Specialists.
• Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and e-learning modules.
• Assess training effectiveness through auditing and feedback mechanisms.
• Collaborate with management to stay updated on processes and best practices.
• Adapt training strategies to serve diverse learning styles and remote employees.
