Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience performing progressively complex work in business analysis.
• Residency in Washington State or Texas.
• Robust data and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage analytic projects from planning to recommendations.
• Extensive experience with Power BI, Excel, or other reporting platforms.
• Ability to present complex material to non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated excellent written/oral communication, technical documentation, user liaison, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Providing analytical guidance and support at a programmatic level including mapping and documentation of business processes.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to develop understanding of core business platforms and identify data and analytical requirements.
• Performing analytical, design, testing, and managerial tasks associated with the implementation of information system solutions.
• Gathering and analyzing business and key user requirements.
• Translating reporting needs into specifications and creating executive-level presentations.
• Defining specifications for downstream development processes.
• Managing deliverables for major projects independently, defining tasks and being accountable.
