Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred but not required.
• At least 1 year of cold calling experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven track record in achieving sales goals or quotas.
• Superior follow-up skills and ability to respond under pressure.
• Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Self-starter and self-motivated individual.
• Organized and efficient work habits.
• Team player with adaptability to a fast-paced sales environment.
• Comfortable using sales technology and CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in high-volume outbound calls to identify future clients.
• Drive bookings and revenue by generating and qualifying a sales pipeline.
• Provide tailored software solutions to meet customer needs creatively.
• Execute daily and weekly sales activities to produce leads.
• Partner with the Marketing team for campaign execution.
• Maintain an up-to-date CRM with accurate notes and sales pipelines.
• Participate in regular sales meetings and collaborate on reporting.
