Requirements:

• Experience building NLP/Vision solutions. Understanding of the ML Lifecycle and basics of cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with the transformers library, with proficiency expected.
• Self-starter: resourceful and capable of tackling hard problems independently.
• Attention to detail and able to write meaningful explanations.
• Excitement for building relationships with customers and helping them succeed.
• Great communicator: ability to explain solutions to a diverse audience.
• Comfortable writing code scripts and notebooks on transformers/ML Ops use cases.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced AI/ML environment.

Responsibilities:

• Empathize with our customers to understand their issues and goals when using transformers (NLP and Vision primarily).
• Build meaningful relationships with our customers and understand their goals.
• Comfortably explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Research, code solutions, or consult with in-house experts to solve customer problems.
• Constantly be learning and sharing your knowledge with our customers.
