Requirements:

• 10+ years of regulatory/consumer compliance experience
• Experience in a compliance management function
• Knowledge of prepaid, debit, and credit card regulatory compliance
• Extensive knowledge of BSA, TILA/Reg Z, Privacy, Fair Lending regulations
• Experience developing compliance program elements
• Ability to communicate compliance risks and advise stakeholders
• Strong understanding of consumer financial services
• Exemplary communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Ability to mentor junior compliance staff

Responsibilities:

• Ensure execution of the Bank's Digital Payments Compliance Program
• Align the BSA/AML Digital Payments Compliance program with best practices
• Act as a subject matter expert on debit and credit card regulatory compliance
• Support the Bank’s Digital Residential Mortgage Banking program
• Evaluate existing regulations and perform compliance risk assessments
• Provide regulatory guidance on new product development
• Identify and develop monitoring routines and manage client inquiries
• Serve as a resource to business units on compliance requirements and best practices
• Engage regularly with networks and regulatory entities
• Develop analytics and metrics for assessing compliance risks
• Manage a small compliance team and organize daily meetings
• Review marketing materials for compliance
• Support regulatory compliance examinations and audits
