Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 9 - 10 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s Degree with 7 years of experience, in business solutioning and implementation within the healthcare domain.
- Strong expertise in SDLC methodologies, including waterfall, hybrid agile, and agile/scrum frameworks.

- Demonstrated experience in leading Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions and presenting complex business requirements through client demonstrations.
Responsibilities:
- Creates high-level architectural and design specifications, with attention to system integration, interoperability, and feasibility analysis.
- Works with customers on presenting technical and business solutions for complex integration requirements.
- Leads client demos and presentations to showcase solution capabilities and value.
- Evaluates business needs and transforms them into functional and technical system requirements.
- Collaborates with key stakeholders to translate business and technical requirements into actionable and implementable components.
- Demonstrates expertise in designing and developing cloud-agnostic, service-based solutions.
- Exhibits in-depth knowledge of Medicaid systems and associated regulatory frameworks.
