Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or related field or equivalent work experience is required.
• 10+ years experience in software development.
• Experience as a technical or team lead or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of unit testing, user stories or use cases, design patterns, and object-oriented software design.
• .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET, C# experience.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the execution and delivery of features by collaborating with cross-functional teams, architects, product owners, and developers.
• Contribute to development tasks such as coding and feature verifications to assist teams with release commitments.
• Responsible for development process improvement and removing impediments.
• Coaching and mentoring leads through technical and nontechnical challenges.
