Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with the largest job sites and knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites.
• 3+ years of experience as a recruiter for U.S. hires.
• Experience recruiting high volume candidates (ex. 100 per month).
• Exceptional communication skills required.
• Willingness to work on Pacific Standard Time (PST) schedule.
• Must have own Laptop or Desktop with 8GB RAM or higher, and an internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
• Experience using Workable, hiring educators, and expanding recruitment initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Setup a recruitment pipeline, publish job ads in various portals, interview and onboard candidates.
• Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and virtual events.
• Collaborate with the Recruitment and Staffing Manager to set qualification criteria for future employees.
• Interview candidates and maintain a database of employees for future vacancies.
• Use web-based technology and social media to analyze hiring trends, post job vacancies, and follow up with candidates during the recruitment process.
• Analyze recruitment software and the performance of recruitment agencies and recommend improvements or changes.
• Work with department heads to set qualifications for each position.
• Guide candidates through the application process and track their progress in the database.
