Requirements:

• WM4D seeks a highly organized individual with at least 3 years of experience in Account Management, ideally within an ad agency.
• Proficiency in using Google and Microsoft Office suites is required, along with the ability to swiftly adapt to and learn new software.
• HubSpot knowledge is a big plus.
• Experience running ad campaigns on platforms such as Google, FB, Insta, TikTok, and LinkedIn would be advantageous but not essential.
• A keen attention to detail and a positive attitude are highly valued.

Responsibilities:

• As an Account Manager, you'll be WM4D’s frontline in managing and nurturing client relationships.
• You'll become an expert in onboarding new clients, identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts, and guiding clients with informed consultancy.
• Overseeing client advertising campaigns will be an integral part of your responsibility, ensuring our client's success and our mutual growth.
• Key responsibilities include fostering and handling crucial client relationships, integrating new clients into the system, delivering insightful advice to clients, and taking charge of client advertising campaigns.
