• 1 year of experience in talent management, marketing, or campaign management preferred.
• Experience working in Hubspot preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Senior Talent Managers in day-to-day activities related to talent representation and career management.
• Facilitate communication among talent, clients, and internal team members.
• Support talent scouting and recruitment efforts through research and outreach.
• Maintain accurate talent databases and records.
• Schedule appointments and travel arrangements for talent.
• Provide administrative support to Senior Talent Managers.
• Network at industry events to build relationships.
• Collaborate on creative ideas for talent development.
• Handle additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
