Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in social media management with an omnichannel or direct-to-consumer brand.
• Relevant degree in business, marketing, or other relevant fields.
• Strong multitasking and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Word, Slide, Sheets).
• Strong skills in video editing software (Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro/CapCut).
• Experience creating engaging short-form video content for social media.
• Familiarity with social media analytics platforms like Falcon, Tableau, etc.
• Hands-on experience in social media strategy, content writing, and digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Assistant Global Social Media Manager to manage the global social media calendar.
• Manage daily operations across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, ensuring timely content posting.
• Lead the creation of social media content aligning with brand guidelines, working with cross-functional teams.
• Create short-form videos for Instagram and develop TikTok content.
• Engage with the audience through comments and messages, and support social media activations.
• Analyze and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
